About Turn6Apex and Otilia Otlacan
Hi, I’m Otilia Otlacan, a tech industry long-timer who specializes in operational and revenue leadership.
With over fifteen years of experience in high-impact environments, I now help businesses navigate operational complexity and scale effectively. My expertise lies in aligning strategy with execution, connecting business functions, and delivering measurable results. Professional highlights include:
- recognized as one of the "50 RevOps Leaders to Watch in 2025"
- former VP Revenue Operations at eyeo, VP Operations at AAX
- founder of Ad Tech Daily
- held various roles at Google, Meta (Facebook), Reddit
- contributor to AdExchanger, Mashable, Los Angeles Times, New Digital Age and others.
Beyond business, I'm passionate about aviation and motorsports, always finding parallels between them and the principles of effective, high-impact leadership.
Turn6Apex...
At the end of 2024, I decided to leave my long-term job and switch to fractional leadership, consulting, and advisory.
Turn6Apex is the professional brand under which I set up this new chapter in my professional life, and the umbrella for all my projects and endeavors.
... what's in a name?
I named my consultancy Turn6Apex because, like the famous Turn 6 at the Monaco Grand Prix (The Hairpin), the path to success often involves navigating tricky, slow corners where precision matters most. Just like finding the apex at this challenging turn requires finesse and focus, I help businesses tackle their most complex challenges with clarity and direction.
