Strategic peer partner for leaders
Get perspective
Perspective is hard to get when you're deeply involved; executives and decision-makers are certainly not an exception. More often than not, they may not have the option to discuss concerns, fears, decisions, and scenarios with colleagues, friends, or family.
A strategic peer partner can give you the perspective and input from someone who isn't involved with your business or stakeholders and whose only goal is to help you succeed. They are also ideally positioned to help you enhance your emotional intelligence and empathy—key enablers of high-impact leadership. Unlike coaches, a peer partner will brainstorm with you, give you their opinions and ideas, and work with you to find solutions.
We can go over ideas, decisions, strategies, opportunities, and challenges to your leadership. In practice, strategic peer partner sessions are one-on-one confidential conversations held as frequently as needed: recurring and one-offs as well.
How it works
DISCOVERY SESSION: we begin with a 60-minute session to identify your goals and challenges. This session is free of charge and should help us understand if and how well we connect with each other and how compatible our communication styles are.
REGULAR CHECK-INS: schedule recurring 1:1 sessions (e.g., weekly, by-weekly or monthly)
AD HOC SUPPORT: reach out as needed between sessions for quick advice or feedback on pressing decisions.
CONFIDENTIAL and TAILORED: every discussion is a safe space, customized to your priorities and growth area.
Payment options
PER SESSION: pay per 60- or 90-minute session.
BUNDLED HOURS: purchase a package of hours for discounted rates.
RETAINER: secure ongoing support with a fixed monthly fee, covering scheduled sessions and additional access.
